We use Google Analytics, which may involve data transfers outside the EU/EEA. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

  • Contact data / exchanges: 12 months after the last exchange
  • Reservation-related data: 3 years after the last contact
  • Technical logs: 12 months
